Sensitive data on hardware with storage functionality will be deleted onsite upon request. The deletion of data is of course ISO certified and is logged. Upon receipt and following successful testing of the goods, valuable hardware will be repaired and reprocessed by our certified technicians.

Depending on the nature of the goods, this will either be donated or re-marketed. Non-valuable goods will be disposed in environmentally friendly manner. The disposal is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the waste management specialist operating regulation, DIN EN ISO 14001:2009, as well as in accordance with §11 of the ElektroG (German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act).

*The exact conditions are dependent on the intended use, the object for collection and the required number of units, as well as the run time. Please note that products in the following categories require special disposal: Monitors, TVs, terminals, LCD/TFT displays, brown goods (e.g. stereo systems), telecommunication and office communication products, disks, waste requiring special supervision (e.g., PCB-containing capacitors, batteries and UPS). Your customer advisor will be happy to draw up an individual offer.
