If the issue cannot be resolved through remote support, an authorised HP Services representative will arrive at your site the same business day for repair, within the desired coverage window.

Coverage windows are as follows:

  • 9 x 5 – Service is available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • 13 x 5 – Service is available from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • 13 x 7 – Service is available from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday
  • 24 x 7 – Service is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including HP holidays
